The location of Acuario couldn't have been better, just a short stroll to Plaza San Felipe and nearby attractions. The pricing was a huge plus. It felt really affordable for what we experienced. The room was quite uncomfortable. The poor ventilation, especially with all the sunlight pouring in. A roof fan didn't cut it, and nights were tough with the heat. I barely got any sleep due to the high temperature. The noise from the bar next door and the early morning cleaning staff disrupted our rest. I would consider looking elsewhere next time.

During my recent stay over Christmas, I enjoyed having access to 24-hour front desk service. It was reassuring knowing that help was always available. the hotel's close proximity to the plaza was convenient - we were able to walk there easily. Another advantage was the helpful staff who were always ready to assist us.

One downside was having to leave the key with front desk every time we left the hotel. It made me uncomfortable knowing that someone had access to our room while we were away.
