i was so excited to stay at this hotel, but was utterly disappointed. the room was like a sauna with poor ventilation, making sleep impossible. and when i asked for something complimentary due to the discomfort, i was met with blank stares. c'mon, a little extra touch would have been nice. will definitely not return.
